We started this service after years of observing project failure from the lack of clear understanding of the process improvement the executive wanted to achieve.  This low cost service involves an independent test of alignment expectations and education of project time, budget, change orders, and resource allocations before projects start. It is often performed again after implementations for lessons learned. Executives typically don’t know what they don’t know about setting IT expectations and an independent entity can better present the reality.
